We evaluate drainage as well as the types and amount of soil needed so that we can recommend the best use of square footage and identify technical requirements, such as irrigation, lighting, and grading.

We recognize that landscape installations can be noisy, dirty, and disruptive, and we work hard to make the construction process as painless as possible for you. After all, your house is your domain. We want you to be able to live in your house comfortably throughout any Johnson Associates project.

Johnson Associates is at the forefront of technology.
All of our very individual designs are created on state of the art 3D Computer Aided Software, which enables us to take our clients on a virtual tour of their finished garden before a shovel has touched the dirt. This ensures that they are seeing what we see in our heads as designers.

In the office and the field we make full use of laptop computers, e-mail, the web and architectural color plotters. This greatly reduces the time spent on design revisions, project management, and office administration, thereby focusing more of your investment on the construction of your new landscape.
